Rule 42
Use of Funds
The funds accumulated in the fund shall be spent on matters related to the protection of the environment, prevention and control of pollution and the protection of national heritage and on the following works as decided by the board of directors:-
(a) To provide necessary financial, material and technical support to organizations that play an effective role in the protection of the environment, prevention and control of pollution and protection of national heritage and to increase public awareness for such activities,
(b) To provide necessary financial support in environmental education, training, study, research work,
(c) Arranging awards to individuals or organizations who make significant contributions to the protection of the environment, prevention and control of pollution and the protection of national heritage.
(d) Designing plans and implementing programs that are not included in the regular programs regarding the protection of the environment, prevention and control of pollution and protection of national heritage.
